Here in ZONDA CARE, we serve the central conductor for all support services required under a participant’s NDIS plan, ensuring seamless coordination. We prioritise community and social participation, enabling individuals to engage independently in daily activities with personalised support from a carer. Our Supported Independent living accommodation (SIL) and Respite Centre in Liverpool offers short to medium-term accommodation in a welcoming environment, with round-the-clock care and security for peace of mind. We organise group-cantered activities such as cooking, music therapy, picnics, and arts and crafts to promote socialisation and life skill development. Our services encompass assisting with personal activities, daily tasks, and life stage transitioning, providing mentoring and support for participants adjusting to home and community environments. Additionally, we offer developmental life skills training, help with household tasks, and guidance on tenancy and accommodation matters, ensuring participants lead fulfilling and independent lives.

We are deeply honoured to contribute to people reaching their potential and are dedicated to transforming lives. In the near future, we aim to expand our team of allied health professionals, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and behaviour support practitioners, to further enhance our services.
